Since 2001, Glendale Firefighters Charities, along with its fellow United Phoenix Firefighters chapters, has been lending a hand to multiple charities in the Phoenix area by playing host to or helping to promote their events. Through their efforts, over $10 million has been raised over the last ten years for various charities serving the Phoenix area and literally thousands of lives have been touched both here and across the country.

There is a special feeling that comes from knowing you have contributed to something greater than yourself – to knowing that you have invested your time into a project that serves your fellow Phoenix, AZ citizens and your country at large. If you happen to have a good time and make a few new friends in the process, then that is just icing on the cake.

Over the course of the year, Glendale Firefighters Charities are sure to be part of an event to suit almost any taste. From Chili Cook-Offs to road races, the two things they all have in common are that they are for a good cause and at them, you will meet some of the most wonderful people. These are people who, like yourself, have giving hearts and a desire to give back to the community in some small way.
